Dear Kenny: Ed and I want you to know how happy we are with our new roof. It adds so much to the house. Your men worked so hard. They were up until 8:00 P.M. the night before the rain started. They did a beautiful job on the roof, and the yard was spotless afterward. They were friendly and polite, and were happy to answer all of Ed's questions. We would also like to thank you for stopping by Kellermeyer's to look at her roof. As she probably told you, she is on a fixed income and when the first company told her that she needed a new roof after only nine years, it was extremely upsetting for her. She was so grateful to you when you told her that her present roof didn't need replacing. She was very impressed, as we were, with your honesty & knowledge of your business. When the time comes that she does need a new roof, I know she'll call G & G. In the meantime many of our neighbors are getting ready to put roofs on their houses in the next couple of years, and are asking us who did the beautiful work on ours.
